Q1: When the domain transfer should be started ?
- We transfer the domain to the buyer once we confirm receiving the payment through our system, The payment confirmation process normally takes up to 1-7 days max.
Q2: Can i cancel my order after making the payment ?
- Of Course, We allow order cancellation with refund provided within the first 24h of the order. But cancellation is NOT allowed if the domain transfer process is already started.
(note: the buyer should afford any payment processing fees during the order cancellation and during the refund process).
Q3: Can i return a domain after completing the purchase ?
- Unfortunately, We don't offer any return or exchange after transferring the domain to the buyer.
Q4: Can i pay through wire-transfer instead of visa ?
- Yes, We accept wire-transfer payment. feel free to contact us to request new order with wire-transfer payment method.
